It’s fast, convenient and free! Simply place your order online, and we’ll reserve it for you at 245. We’ll ask for your name and phone number to reserve your items, and you can collect in-store up until the close of business the following day. We'll give you a call to confirm your goods have been reserved for you. You’ll need to bring in a copy of your order acknowledgement and show this to a member of staff when you come in-store.

Please allow at least an hour between selecting your items and visiting our store at 245 Tottenham Court Road. We try to make sure that your goods remain available for purchase until you arrive at the store, but we cannot guarantee this. For this reason, we do not take payment from you until you visit the store. You can pay by cash, credit or debit card when you collect your items.
